Refund policy

• Customers are protected by a 14-day cooling-off period.
• Returns of undamaged goods will be accepted within the 14-day cooling-off period.
• Shipping costs and insurance for returns are the customer's responsibility. In case the return is not insured and lost during transit, no refund will be possible. If the customer can show a valid proof of shipment, partial refund can be considered. 
• It is appreciated, though not mandatory, for customers to inform us via email of their intention to return a product and provide a reason for the return at message.art.fordable@gmail.com
• Reimbursement will be processed upon safe receipt of the returned good and confirmation of its adequate condition.
