Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout and all shipments are insured for the value of the goods purchased.

We ship all orders via Post.nl and ensure that each shipment is securely packaged to protect the goods during transit. 

For international shipments outside the EU, additional import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the shipment, if there are any issues or concerns with the state of the shipment and packaging, the customer should refuse delivery and inform both the carrier and ART-fordable immediately.
